Beadle; Mrs. Charles Grant; Mr. Eugene Bowers; Mrs. Don Black; Mrs. J. R. McCulloch; and a host of others who over the years have contributed essential support.

Any County resident may get a library card.  All new residents must give a reference and present a driver's license or other form of valid identification showing local address before obtaining a library card.  There is no charge for a card.  There are some limitations on the number of items checked out to new patrons.  Check with a librarian for details.

The Library has over 40,000 items in its collection.   Included are books, books on tape, videos, books and cassettes for children, magazines, newspapers and microfilm.  The Library also has a nice genealogy section.

Most items are checked out for a two week period.    Videos are checked out for two days.  Late fees for items not returned by due date are $0.10 per day for items other than videos, which are $1.00 per day.    Books may be borrowed through this Library from Interlibrary Loan.   Borrowers are responsible for return postage.

There are three computers available for public use.  All of these are connected to the Internet.  The E-mail address for the Library is:  rrlibrary@email.com.
