 1st Annual BODACIOUS DAY - JUNE 12, 2004
ON THE SQUARE – DOWNTOWN CLARKSVILLE

 

 

Dear Vendor,

 

Reserve your booth space now.  Booths will be assigned on a first PAID basis.  This year Bodacious Day will be held in conjunction with the Volunteer Firemen’s Rodeo.  We anticipate a much larger crowd this year.  The Clarksville Country Club will be holding a Men’s Golf Tournament on June 12th, please call 903-427-3450 for information on the tournament.

 

                           RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

1.     BOOTH RENT:  Antique & Craft Booths are $25.00 10’x10’.  Food Booths are $50.00- Food vendors will be permitted to sell any type of food or beverage, except alcoholic beverages which are not permitted.

2.     ELECTRICITY:  Electricity can be provided for an additional $10.00 fee per outlet.  You must inform us in advance if electricity will be needed for you booth so we can locate you near an outlet.

3.     SET-UP TIMES:  7 am TO 8:30AM on Saturday of Bodacious Day. Vendors are responsible for own set-up and must be ready for business by 9 AM.

4.     BOOTH PLACEMENT:  Placement of booths will be at the discretion of the booth chairman.  There will be no refunds due to weather or not showing up the day of Bodacious Day.  PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS.

5.     DEADLINE FOR BOOTH RESERVATIONS:  Please send in applications and payment for booths by APRIL 25, 2004.

There will be Bodacious Bikers, A Bodacious Ball – music at the fair grounds that evening, Bodacious Babes – a fun beauty contest, and possibly a Bodacious Baked Bean contest.  So come join in the fun June 12th.
